Results:All the 23 cases were performed unilateral.18 of them were treated with routine reduction and fixtion,else 5 were treated with routine orchiectomy for testicle necrosis.

• 结果:手术23例,均为单侧发病。18例行复位固定,5例行睾丸切除。
