Results:36 cases with RPU were diagnosed and HLA DR Ag was strongly expressed on activated T cells, macrophages,epithelia and vascular endothelia in RPU tissues.

• 结果 :RPU组溃疡粘膜经组织病理学检查均符合 RPU的诊断 ,病变粘膜中巨噬细胞、T淋巴细胞、上皮细胞、血管内皮细胞异常表达 HLA- DR抗原。
