Results turned out that HCPE, which has higher viscosity than acrylic resin, showed better intumescence andfoam structure for fire-proof. Therefore, the fire-proof property of intumescent char of HCPE resin is better than that ofacrylic resin.

• 试验结果表明:较高温度下仍具有较高粘度的高氯化聚乙烯(HCPE)比相对粘度较低的丙烯酸酯树脂具有更理想的泡孔结构,以HCPE为基质的涂料燃烧炭层的孔洞面积占总面积的百分比较丙烯酸酯树脂的为小,但单位面积孔洞计数却比丙烯酸酯树脂的大,从而以HCPE为基质的涂料防火隔热性能也更好。
