Results showed that,except for Zn~(2+),the effects of other metal ions on PLB proliferation were significant and the order was Fe~(2+)>Mn~(2+)>Mg~(2+)>Ca~(2+)>Zn~(2+).

• 结果表明；5种金属离子对类原球茎增殖影响的主次顺序为Fe2+>Mn2+>Mg2+>Ca2+>Zn2+；促进类原球茎增殖的优化组合为Mg2+1.；5 mmol
