Results Of the 22 cases, lesions were seen in various degrees in the brain both over and under the tentorium in 20 cases in MRI, and the gray matter was invaded in 17 cases.

• 结果2例患者MRI表现未见异常,其余20例患者幕上或(及)幕下脑实质有不同程度的受累,17例有灰质受累,病变双侧对称,均表现为T1WI低信号,T2WI及FLAIR序列高信号,2例有轻度占位效应,1例轻度脑萎缩。
