Results Dyspnea,cuogh,chest pain are the main clinical symptoms.Enlarged mediastinal lymphonode and pleural effusion are the most imagings on the CT.

• 结果临床主要表现为呼吸困难,咳嗽,胸痛等,胸部CT以纵隔淋巴结肿大及胸腔积液最多见,多数病例经穿刺活检确诊,以非霍奇金淋巴瘤为主。
