Results Amony the 5 cases,2 cases with tubercle sellar meninogioma and 2 cases with diaphragma sellar meningionma misdiagnosed as pituitary adenomas,1 case with ependymoma misdiagnosed as meningioma.

• 结果 5例中，鞍结节脑膜瘤、鞍隔脑膜瘤各2例，均误为垂体瘤，1例鞍上室管膜瘤误为脑膜瘤。
