Results Among 18 cases of gastric rupture,15 were cured after reoperation,and 3 died after reoperation due to infectious shock and multiple organ failure.

• 结果本组18例中,经再次手术后痊愈15例,因手术后并发感染性休克、多器官功能衰竭死亡3例。
