Result The surf ace fracture of knee joint was replaced in anatomy in 42 cases.The ankylosis of knee was found in different degree in 40 cases after fracture was cured.

• 结果42例骨折的膝关节面基本达解剖复位，40例骨折愈合后出现不同程度的膝关节强直。
