Radius bone defects(15mm in length)of the rabbits were created surgically and then filled with carriers composited with auto POB.The specimens were obtained at 4,8,12,16 weeks respectively for the examination of roentgenology and histology.

• 用兔骨膜成骨细胞与TBCc复合并自体移植到桡骨 15mm骨缺损模型 ,移植后 4、8、12、16周取材 ,行组织学、X线拍片和X射线能谱分析 ,计算机图像分析新生骨面积。
