RESULTS:Aceclofenac significantly inhibited the primary and secondary footpad swelling,diminished the thymic atrophy and enlargement of the spleen and adrealin adjuvant-induced arthritic rats.

• 结果:醋氯芬酸明显抑制关节炎大鼠的原发性和继发性足跖肿胀,并对大鼠的胸腺萎缩、脾脏和肾上腺增重具有对抗作用,其作用强度与等剂量双氯灭痛相近。
