RESULTS The QSAR model was designed to predict the minimum inhibition concentrations (MIC) of new designed carbapenem compounds and selecte 5 carbapenem compounds with high MIC.

• 结果利用建立的碳青霉烯类抗生素的QSAR模型，对所设计的一系列新的碳青霉烯类化合物进行了MIC值预测，筛选出了有较高MIC值的5个碳青霉烯类化合物。
