Purpose:To introduce a method of complementary diagnosis of ureteral obstruction with16-row spiral CT urography(CTU),while IVP cannot give the etiological diagnosis.

• 目的:介绍在静脉肾盂造影无法明确输尿管梗阻的原因时 ,利用16层螺旋CT尿路造影辅助诊断输尿管梗阻的方法。
