Previous study showed rose Bengal (RB) staining was effective as an assistant diagnostic method of oral squamous cell carcinoma and premalignant lesions.

• 本院前期的研究表明孟加拉红(rose Bengal，RB)染色辅助用于口腔鳞状细胞癌及癌前病变的早期诊断有较好的效果，本研究将按照诊断试验的设计要求进行试验，进一步评价RB染色作为一种口腔鳞状细胞癌及癌前病变的早期诊断方法的效果，为将来的推广应用打下基础。
