Plasma APC:A,PC,PCI,TPS,FPS and TM levels were detected. The incidences of APCR were compared between control and shock group for 1h,2h,4h,6h,8h after shock.

• 观察2组大鼠休克后1 h、2 h、4 h、6 h、8 h血浆蛋白C活性(PC:A)、血浆总蛋白S(TPS)、血浆游离蛋白S(FPS)、血栓调节蛋白(TM)、活化蛋白C抑制剂(PCI)水平及活化蛋白C抵抗(APCR)阳性率。
