Party B will pay the earnest money to Party A while signing the Lease Contract. Party A will issue a receipt after receiving the earnest money.

• 在合同签订日之后至租期开始前，如甲方违约，则上述定金由甲方双倍返还乙方；如乙方违约，则定金由甲方没收。
