Party B shall indemnify Party A against all claims, proceedings, losses, damages and expenses arising as a result of any misconduct or any breach of this Contract by Party B.

• 受聘方应保障聘方不应由于受聘方的违反合同或其行为不端而遭受索赔、诉、失、害、费金钱等的牵连。
