Party B shall complete the translation work in time and deliver the translation by printed hard copy and a relevant disk within the agreed date (with the exception of the delay caused by Force Majeure).

• 二、乙方按时完成翻译任务(如发生不可抗力的因素除外)，向甲方提供已翻译好的打印件及电子文件各一份。
