Once any evidence for the disembosom ,Party A have rights to refuse the payment,not including the machining cost ,and go related legal liabilities behind.

• 同时不允许乙方把甲方的样衣外流，如果乙方把甲方的样衣外流，被甲方发现有此证据，甲方有权扣除加工费的全部货款，并追究其相关的法律的责任。
