On the basis of the GIS spatial data-base and the economic index of business industry,this paper presents a conjunct development model ofCBD and business industry by constructing a Bos-ton Matrix using SPSS.

• 在综合GIS空间数据库和商务产业经济指标的基础上,应用SPSS等方法优化,进一步建立波士顿矩阵,提出CBD与商务产业联动发展的理论分析模型,以此研究城市CBD的演化规律,将CBD的空间发展与城市商务产业的经济发展有机地结合起来。
