On the base of the previous study on education for school-aged girls, this paper took an action research mode which is from bottom to top. Action research is a new-belief and methods. It is a study used in the education practice.

• 本研究在借鉴以往女童教育研究成果的基础上，尝试了一种新的研究理念与方法：采取“自下而上”行动研究的研究模式，行动研究是在教育实践情境中开展的研究，即“在教育中、为了教育、通过教育”的研究，并运用以自主、实践、合作、反思、开放为特征的行动研究来提高女童入学率与教育质量。
