On the base of analysing the relationship between grades and its run-up of the domestic and foreign long jumpers, the thesis will focus on contrastive study of the features of long jump run-up.

• 采用文献资料法,通过对中外优秀男子跳远运动员助跑与成绩的关系,以及助跑技术特点的对比分析研究,找出我国跳远运动员与世界优秀运动员之间所存在的差异及不足之处,加强改进和创新,争取更好的跳远成绩。
