On the N6,not the MS,basic medium with appropriate amount of auxin, plantlets-stemed were induced with the callus of the stems and leaves of Chinese Gooseberry ( Actinidia chinensis Planch. ) 79-l,79-3 and 79-5.The induction rate was more than 80%.
