On December 2004 we have contracted the intention letter for investment and cooperation with American Urica Energy Group (party A) and Asia International Investment Group (party B).

• 2004年12月4日与美国优瑞卡能源集团（甲方）亚洲国际投资集团（乙方）签订了投资合作意向书，同时和日照岚山港务有限公司签订了合作建设25万吨级码头及200万吨油品储存库区意向书。
