On CT scan showed spiculation in 8 cases, sublobe in 10 cases, and the bulk composed of tumor and enlarged lymphaden of hilar and mediastinum in 5 cases.

• 8例短毛刺，10例分叶，5例原发癌肿与肺门及纵隔肿大淋巴结融合成块。11例肺癌中，小细胞癌6例。
