Objectives: 1. To develop the methodology combining live cell dye ,CFDA-SE(CFSE) labeling and flow cytometry to characterize lymphocyte proliferation.

• 目的:1.；建立活细胞染料羧基荧光素乙酰乙酸琥珀酰亚胺酯(Carboxyfluorescein diacetate；succinimidyl ester；CFDA-SE；也简称为CFSE)染色流式细胞术检测淋巴细胞增殖的方法。
