ObjectiveTo study the effects of simvastatin on the hypertrophy of cultured rat cardiac myocytes induced by serum and investigate the role of phosphoinositide 3-kinase(PI3K)/protein kinase B(PKB).

• 目的观察辛伐他汀对血清诱导培养大鼠心肌细胞肥大的影响,探讨磷脂酰肌醇3激酶(PI3K)/蛋白激酶B(PKB)途径在辛伐他汀调控心肌细胞肥大中的信号转导作用。
