Objective:To study the expression and correlation of COX-2,cyclinD1 in normal parotid,pleomorphic adenoma(PA)and carcinoma in pleomorphic adenoma(CPA); and to reveal their roles in the tumor recurrence and malignant transformation of PA and CPA.
