Objective:To study the Sibelium(Flunarizine) reverses antiepileptic drugs(AEDs)- induced overexpression of multidrug resistance gene (MDR1). Methods: Phenobarbital and Valproic acid were added into astrocytes and cultured permanently for 30 days.
