Objective:To discuss the effectiveness and advantage of application of pectoralis major flap in the reconstruction of massive defects after head and neck tumor excision.

• 目的:探讨运用带蒂胸大肌皮瓣修复头颈部肿瘤切除术后缺损的效果及优点。方法:13例晚期头颈部肿瘤患者,行肿瘤切除术后以带蒂胸大肌皮瓣修复术后缺损。
