Objective:If the early ma xillary sinus hemorrhagic and necrotic polyps were confined in maxillary sinus a nd there was no phyma in nasal cavity,it was easy to be ignored and delayed for dignosis.

• 目的:上颌窦出血坏死性息肉早期病变如局限于上颌窦内,鼻腔内无肿物,易忽略而延误诊断，故须研究早期病变的诊断方法。
