Objective To evaluate and compare the efficacy and toxicity of LFP regimen and HLFP regimen for treatment of advanced gastric carcinoma.

• 目的观察比较LFP方案和HLFP方案治疗晚期胃癌的近期疗效及不良反应。方法对61例晚期胃癌患者随机分为LFP组及HLFP组,治疗2个周期后进行疗效及不良反应的评价。
