Objective To differentiate the syndromes of DHF patients by clinical observation combining to microdiagnosis. To discuss its mechanism from different aspects to provide some new idea in the prevence and treatment of DHF patients.

• 目的：本课题旨在通过临床对舒张性心力衰竭(DHF)病例的观察分析，结合本病的现代医学微观辨证，病证结合，对其中医证型进行归纳整理，从不同角度初步探讨本病异于一般充血性心力衰竭(CHF)中医病机，以期能为本病的预防、中医治疗提供一些新的思路及视点。
