Objective To compare the effect,toxicity and quality of life between medroxyprogesterone acetate(MPA) plus MVP regimen and MPV regimen alone in patients with advanced NSCLC.

• 目的 观察患者服用甲孕酮合并 MVP方案与单纯使用 MVP方案化疗治疗初治非小细胞肺癌(non- small cell cancer,NSCL C)的疗效 ,生活质量改善 ,毒性等情况并加以比较。
