Novel CML patients with b3a2 tend to have higher platelet count than patients with b2a2,but patients with b2a2 have a higner WBC count. Most of the patients in CML are accompanied with the positive rate of m-bcr/abl fusion gene transcripts.

• b3a2型CML患者初发时更易有血小板升高表现 ,但b2a2型患者更易有WBC数升高的表现 ,较多的初发CML患者同时伴有m bcr/abl阳性。
