Nine patients of the brain herniation were ouly operated by abscess aspiration driling on skull with trough awl(AADTA) made in our hospital. After other 17 relieved the brain herniation by AADTA,abscess excisions (AE) were carried out. Mortality was 15%.

• 后者9例仅行我院自制的有槽手锥锥颅脓肿抽吸术（AADTA），其余17例先施AADTA缓解脑疲后再作脓肿切除术（AE），死亡率为15%25。
