Neuronal cell apoptosis of rats brain tissues in every group was analyzed by TdT-mediated dUTP-biotin mick nick end labelin(TUNEL). Expression of Bc1-2 and Baxproteins were measured by immunohiotochemistry combined with MIPS methods.
