Nano-scale 8 mol% yttria stabilized zirconia (8YSZ) and YSZ with 8 mol% TiO2 dopant (8TiYSZ) powders were prepared by coprecipitation combined with azeotropic distillation process.

• 基于掺杂成分的均匀性，故采用液相掺杂，辅助共沸蒸馏制备了8mol%25TiO2掺杂YSZ纳米粉体(8TiYSZ)，采用TG-DSC、BET、TEM和XRD等技术，对粉体制备过程中沉淀、分散、脱水等工艺以及表面活性剂对粉体性能的影响进行了研究。
