N,N-dioctyl,-didecyl,-didodecyl chitosans with different backbone molecular weight were synthesized. A comparative study on the drug release behavior of corresponding self-assembled vesicles was carried out.

• 合成了不同主链相对分子质量的N,N-双辛烷基壳聚糖,N,N-双癸烷基壳聚糖及N,N-双十二烷基壳聚糖,并制备了相应的自组装泡囊,比较研究了侧链长度和主链相对分子质量对载药泡囊药物释放行为的影响。
