Methods. C57B/6 mice were induced diabetes via injection of streptozotocin and were transplanted with allogeneic (SD rat ) islets under the kidney capsule. Recipients were divided in to four groups.

• 研究对象及方法糖尿病模型是用C57B/6鼠注射链脲酶素,胰岛细胞是从(SD)大鼠胰腺中用胶原酶消化法分离,后把胰岛细胞移植在糖尿病鼠肾脏的被膜下,受胰岛细胞移植术的实验鼠分为4组,治疗组定期注射免疫抑制剂。
