Methods:we measured the endogenous plasma concentration of TPO in 40 patients with acquired aplastic anaemia (AA) and 32 patients with idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) by a sensitive sandwich enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).
