Methods:. DM rats were induced by STZ,with AG as positive control drug and EPL and TEP as tested drugs to test the blood sugar,SOD,MDA,NO and NOS,and to observe the effect of Kudzu extracts on DM groups.

• 方法:采用链脲霉素腹腔注射制备糖尿病大鼠模型,以氨基胍作为阳性药物对照,以葛根总提取物和总黄酮为受试药物,测定各实验组大鼠血糖、超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛、一氧化氮及一氧化氮合酶,观察葛根提取物对糖尿病大鼠的作用与影响。
