Methods: We have detected the DNA quautity of MNLL in 54 children patients with the common blood disease by flow cytometry, and counted the ration of any timely difference in cell cycle.

• 方法:应用流式细胞仪测定54例血液病患儿骨髓单个核细胞的DNA含量,计算细胞周期各时相比例。结果:白血病组异倍体检出率明显高于非白血病组。
