Methods: We apply the single-plane and combinative external fixation designed imself in 20 cases, which indued 8 closed and 12 open fractures, and fix every segments by osseous pin.

• 方法:应用本院研制的单平面组合式外固定器,采取每一骨块均穿针外固定(对斜形骨折或蝶形骨折穿半针,通过半针侧顶,使其复位固定)的方法,治疗胫骨多段骨折20例,其中闭合骨折8例,开放骨折12例。
