Methods: Spinal cord model was performed by Allen method in cats, changes of mitochodrial Na+ - K+ ATPase, Ca2+ - Mg2+ ATPase, Superoxide dismutase(SOD) activaties, contents of malondial dehyde(MDA) were inspected by the different biochemical methods.
