Methods: In patients with AML M2b, karyotype was studied by using G banding technique, AML1/MTG8 fusion gene transcript by using RT PCR and the rearrangement of AML1 gene and MTG8 gene by using Southern Blot technique.

• 方法 :应用 G显带技术分析染色体核型 ,用 RT- PCR法检测 AML 1/ MTG8融合基因转录本并进行微量残留白血病检测 ,采用 Southern Blot技术检测 AML 1及 MTG8基因重排。
