Methods: B16F10 melanoma cells were inoculated,sc,iv and ip respectively into mice to establish 3 melanoma and lung metastasis models. Effect of DTIC,an anti-melanoma drug,on the 3 animal models was investigated.

• 方法:分别通过皮下、静脉和腹腔注射方式,将B16F10黑素瘤细胞接种于小鼠体内,建立3种黑素瘤及其肺转移小鼠模型,并以达卡巴嗪作为试药,考察其对这3种模型小鼠的作用。
