Methods: A retrospective survey was made on 103 children with SLE, among which 78 cases complicated with anemia. These 78 cases were divided into 2 groups. One was autoimmune hemolytic anemia (AIHA) and the other non-AIHA.

• 方法 :对10 3例SLE患儿进行回顾性分析 ,将其中 78例伴有贫血的患儿分为两组 ,一组为自身免疫性溶血性贫血组 (AIHA组 ) ,另一组为非AIHA组 ,进行临床症状及实验室检查的比较。
