Methods: A retrospective study of 12 inpatients with renal inflammatory pseudotumor were carried out by analyzing and discussing the clinical notes on treatment and diagnosis.

• 方法：报告12例肾脏炎性假瘤的临床资料，8例术前误诊为肾脏肿瘤而进行手术治疗，其中肾切除5例，术中取活检后行单纯肿瘤切除3例。
