Methods The population of 8 villages of pilot town of Zhengding County,Hebei was chosen,10010 serum specimens were collected for detecting HBsAg and anti-HBs by SPRIA in 2005.The results were analyzed by Epi Info and SAS software.

• 方法2005年在河北省正定县试点乡8个自然村,采集人群血清标本10010份,用固相放射免疫(SPRIA)法检测血清标本的乙肝病毒表面抗原(HBsAg)和乙肝病毒表面抗体(抗-HBs),使用EPI info和SAS软件进行统计处理。
